Great hike. Take the backdoor exit for a bit more challenging hike and cave exposure. I went in May 2023 and there was a ton of wild flowers and butterflies along the hike. Very serene and peaceful.
Good spot for hiking. Friendly staff. Primitive trail starts out a little challenging but ends up in a cool cave. Great river views on Upper River Trail. Take the backdoor exit for some rock scrambling and uphill challenge!
We came to check out the river access as it is too hot to hike in the summer heat. The river was nice and clear until you step in the water and it becomes a little bit murky. It is warm in the shallow end, but becomes cool when you get in …
Went here to rock climb and we brought our pups. Love this place, you do have to pay an entrance fee. Great place to take the family and explore, there’s a nice river near by where we sat and enjoyed our lunch. Can’t wait to go back.
Great place to see nature. Note that they only accept cash. We went there primarily for climbing, but the hiking we did was pleasant and the scenery was nice. A lot of people were there for climbing as well, and the routes were fun and …

We loved this park! First of all, it’s not a state park, so it wasn’t swarming with people and we didn’t need a reservation in order to get in on a beautiful weekend day like today. …
Beautiful park!! We hiked along the lower river trail with the pup. $5 per person. It's about 1.6 miles in so a total of just over 3 miles out and back. Made a few stops at some of the river access points to get feet wet and cool off. River …
I hadn't even heard of this park until a couple days ago, but it has now become one of my favorites to hike. With a few inclines and slopes, you can enjoy an overlook and be near the water at this trail. The view is gorgeous! I saw so many …
